MXFixer has several scripts included that can be selected from Test Preferences dialog.

 

 

The tests are provided in two forms, distinguished by their extension. .cfx files have been compiled from the source files which are named with a .fix extension. MXFixer Enterprise uses will be able to modify, run and compile these files for their own use.

Fixertest

This is the main test and does a full test on the file, apart from the index checking which takes a long time

Fixertest with index

This is the same as Fixertest with the index testing included

Fixertest Quick

This is the same as Fixertext but does not test the structural integrity of the file. Thus it tests only the metadata. On large files this can be noticeably quicker

ASxx Test

These will test the file according to the different Application Specifications published by AMWA.

xxXML

These scripts are the same as their similarly named files but will output the errors in XML format, rather than displaying them in the MXFixer GUI.
